Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from Utah within 48 hours.

Shipping rates

• Subscription orders: free standard shipping on every order, including renewals.
• One-time orders: standard shipping is $8.00 and express shipping is $15.00.

Your first subscription box also includes insured shipping at no cost.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your address.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking stops updating or your package arrives damaged, send us a message through our contact page and we'll sort it out, including sending a replacement where the order was lost or damaged.
